The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) and Leaders on Fast Track (LOFT) are sponsoring a national fellowship to encourage minority youth to develop video games as a platform for social change. The program is accepting 20 youth inventors, between the ages of 16-24. Games will be designed to addresses a social issues. Applications are due October 1, 2013.
